• Shipping Days: Mondays-Wednesdays only
• Packaging: Double-boxed, padded, marked “FRAGILE HATCHING EGGS”
• Handling Time: 1–3 business days depending on lay schedule & order volume
• Weather Delays: Severe weather may delay shipping for quality reasons; I’ll notify you if needed
 
Hatch & Refund Policy (Standard for All Hatching Eggs)
Shipped eggs are fragile and subject to postal conditions, x-rays, and temperature swings — all of which can impact hatch rates. Because of this, no hatching egg seller can guarantee a hatch, and I do not offer refunds for unsuccessful incubations.
 
However, if your box arrives damaged or with obvious breakage, contact me the same day with clear photos and I’ll work with you to make it right (discounts on future orders, replacement eggs if available, etc.).

Refunds or egg replacements are not available. Although we take upmost care in packaging our eggs, if any eggs are damaged during shipping, please contact me so the issue can be rectified.
Likewise I cannot guarantee exhibition/show confirmation results for ducklings.
Our egg fertility rates are at 96% from January 1st to date.
Eggs will be no older than 3 days when shipped.
