Shipping & Handling:
I ship Mondays through Wednesdays only to avoid eggs sitting over the weekends. Weather conditions and postal holidays may cause delays — I’ll message you if we need to adjust for quality’s sake.
 
Handling time is typically 1-3 days, depending on when your order is placed.

Please understand that hatch rates for shipped eggs can vary, even with excellent packing. Postal handling, temperature swings, rough sorting, and X-rays are all outside my control. I cannot guarantee your hatch rate or accept returns — a standard policy for all hatching egg sellers due to the perishable and unpredictable nature of fertile eggs.
 
But I do everything in my power to give you a fair, high-quality experience. That includes extra careful packing and responsive customer service if you need help or clarity at any point.
 
If your box arrives with clear breakage, please contact me the same day with photos so we can work out a resolution (partial refund or replacement if available).

Eggs will be no older than 3 days when shipped. Our eggs are always shipped through USPS Priority Mail to ensure your eggs arrive quickly.
